Poster Presentations Method:

Mike Morrison's innovative approach to scientific poster design, often referred to as "Poster 2.0," emphasizes clarity, simplicity, and accessibility. His method restructures traditional posters by highlighting the main research finding in bold, easy-to-read text, supported by a clean, minimal layout that avoids the overwhelming blocks of text typical in conventional posters. This style aims to immediately capture attention and communicate key insights to passersby within seconds, encouraging engagement and deeper exploration of the research.

During my graduate studies, I have presented 10 posters at various conferences, adopting elements of Morrison’s method to make my work visually engaging and easily digestible. My poster designs strive to captivate interest, clearly convey the research process, and visually guide viewers through the study. Three examples of my poster presentations I have presented are shown on this page, which exemplify this streamlined and audience-friendly approach to sharing research.
